Experienced Gutter Installer – Immediate Work AvailableWest Sacramento, CA $28–$35/hr (Based on Skill & Independence) If you can install gutters start-to-finish without supervision, we have immediate work available. If you need training or can't run a job independently, please apply to our Apprentice role instead.The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a professional gutter installation company focused on clean work, high standards, and reliability. We are building a team of installers who show up on time, work efficiently, and represent the company professionally. This is not a short-term "cash job." We expect consistency and professionalism. What This Role Requires (Read Carefully) You must be able to:Measure, print, cut, and hang seamless gutters independentlyCut and install inside & outside tab mitersInstall drop outlets and fabricate downspouts (face & side mount)Set proper slope and hanger spacingRun a job safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized job siteYou will be expected to:Arrive by 7:00 AM sharp (this is not a window)Stay until the job is completeCommunicate clearly with homeownersFollow company systems and quality standardsTrain apprentices when neededNon-Negotiable Standards You will not be hired unless all are true:You have 2+ years of real gutter installation experienceYou can install independently without supervisionYou have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseYou show up on time, every dayNo drugs, drinking, or smoking on job sitesYou are willing to submit to a background checkYou can take direction without attitude30-Day Probation (Strict) All new hires begin with a 30-day probation period. During probation:Lateness may result in immediate terminationNo-call / no-show = terminationUnsafe work practices = terminationDisrespect toward customers or crew = terminationTheft = termination and police reportWe take professionalism seriously because homeowners trust us on their property.Compensation:$25–$35/hr depending on experience and demonstrated abilityHourly, non-exempt positionPay reflects actual hours workedFuture compensation adjustments are based on performance and business needsNo percentage pay promises.
