Do you thrive on solving problems, supporting your team, improving workflows, and making sure every patient receives exceptional care?We’re looking for a Radiology & Imaging Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our Radiology Department and take imaging excellence to the next level.🩻 What You’ll DoYou’ll be the go-to leader helping our technologists and registrars succeed while partnering with radiologists, providers, hospital leaders, and other departments.Your days may include:Leading daily Radiology & Imaging operationsSupporting, coaching, and developing team membersBuilding schedules that keep our department running smoothlyParticipating in hiring, onboarding, orientation, and evaluationsReviewing timecards, monitoring staffing, and supporting budget goalsStandardizing imaging protocols and promoting consistent image qualityIdentifying opportunities to improve patient care and department efficiencyResolving problems and providing excellent service recovery when neededSupporting radiation safety and regulatory complianceLeading process-improvement initiativesCollaborating with providers, radiologists, and hospital leadersHelping optimize workflows through EPIC and RadiantParticipating in committees and hospital-wide initiativesIn short: you’ll help keep the people, technology, and patient experience moving in the right direction.
