Music TherapistCoordinates, evaluates and provides music therapy to patients receiving hospice care.Responsibilities:Develops, coordinates and provides an organized music therapy program.Provides music therapy in alignment with the needs of the patient and physical limitations.Develops a plan of care.Completes all documentation as required by the organization in compliance with legal, governmental and accreditation requirements.Participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.Performs other job-related tasks as requested.Qualifications Required:Certified music therapist from an established music therapy institute.Licensed driver with reliable automobile which is insured in accordance with state law.Amedisys is an equal opportunity employer.
