Maintenance Technician

Pay: Negotiable
Schedule: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (Hours may vary)
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on industrial maintenance experience and be responsible for maintaining equipment, machinery, facilities, and systems to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance emergencies.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Maintain and repair industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate maintenance issues and completed work to management.
• Assist with general facility upkeep and other maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
• Previous experience maintaining industrial machinery, production equipment, or manufacturing systems required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
• Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
