Post-Training: Potential for a hybrid work schedule (3 days onsite per week)
The Consumer and Wealth Tax Operations Statement Team is responsible for the production of approximately 4.5 million tax reporting statements and forms. This team ensures the accuracy and integrity of tax entries and income data maintained within the tax reporting database.
- Validate tax data and reports against the tax reporting database.
- Review tax statements and forms to identify, research, and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform data reconciliation and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support various team processes and operational functions.
- Research and respond to tax reporting inquiries from Branch Offices.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting productivity and deadline requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and internal partners to resolve issues and support business needs.
- Tax background or experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with strong Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
