WHO WE ARE
The Institute for Family Development (IFD) is an international leader in providing services that keep children safe, strengthen families, and reduce out of home placement. We provide a range of in-home counseling services, including the HOMEBUILDERS® model of Intensive Family Preservation Services, Functional Family Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and more.

WHO WE WANT TO HIRE
We are looking for therapists / counselors with a commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and families. Our therapists:
Maintain small caseloads
Work with families in their homes and communities
Schedule client sessions at times that are most helpful to families
HOW TO JOIN OUR TEAM
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field.
Undergraduate candidates must have at least two years’ experience working with children and families.
Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working condition, and automobile liability insurance that meets minimum agency requirements.
Residence in Clark or Cowlitz County.
Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet client needs (including some evenings and weekends).
Satisfactory completion of a criminal history background check.
At least 21 years of age.

Competitive Compensation
Master's degree: $64,556 – 76,498 (starting $64,556 - $69,035), depending on education and experience
Bachelor's degree: $57,583 - $68,440 (starting $57,583 - $61,655), depending on education and experience
Paid mileage and paid travel time
5% bilingual salary add-on for some languages
This is a non-exempt position that qualifies for overtime compensation
