The Electronics Repair Technician III will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electronic equipment while supporting shop operations and mentoring junior technicians.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic equipment to high-quality standardsLead investigations for recurring issues and support return analysisOversee daily shop activities and coordinate work assignmentsDrive process improvements and support lean initiativesManage shop consumables and inventoryMentor and guide Tech I & Tech II techniciansMaintain equipment status records and technical documentationSupport team leadership activities and production goalsMinimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED6+ years of electronics repair experience4+ years in an FAA 145 regulated environmentStrong troubleshooting skills for electronic and mechanical systemsAbility to read maintenance manuals and schematicsStrong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skillsMust be legally authorized to work in the U.S.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of FAA 145 regulationsLead or inspection experience in an FAA 145 environmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequentlyFine motor skills required for handling small electronic components
