The assignment will be ranging from doing diagnostics, isolating MB issue, replacing components, soldering and fixing MB.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties not listed may be assigned.Identify MB problem and narrow down issueCheck for CID and make sure the MB is repairable before repair is performedTroubleshoot MBs and repairFollow repair instructions and operational proceduresPerform solder work on component level as neededCheck for excessive flux residue and solder and clean using alcohol and clothCheck for cold and short solder padsCheck for Solder BridgeMeet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirementCheck and keep record for ESD Audit dailyBe able to meet KPI 30/dayAble to read diagramsKnow how to test and troubleshoot electrical componentsQualificationsEducation or Experience or Demonstrated Skill SetHigh school graduate or equivalent. Prefer college degree in related electronics fieldPrefer over 6 Months experience in computer repair or related fieldMust have Excel knowledge and experience to read instructions and track dataDemonstrated skill set while working with Temp AgencyEssential SkillsMust be able to read schematic, multi-meter and oscilloscopeNeed good analytical and troubleshooting skillMust have good attention to detailsRequires customer service focusNeed to be a team playerRequires demonstrated ability to read, and follow written instructions and ideasMust be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independentlyHands-on and has ambition and drive to succeed - Makes things happenGoal oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamworkWorking ConditionsMust be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment.
