Remote after training. Fully onsite to start/training for 8 weeks, workers are allowed to Work from Home, but it wouldn't be until after they complete all 8 weeks of initial training and would need to keep up with production and quality standards to keep qualified to Work from Home. Otherwise they will be required to work fully onsite. Pay $17.80/hour

*1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment.
*Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions.
*Data entry and/or typing experience.

*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*1 years customer service experience.
*6 months data entry experience in an office environment.
*Experience working with various lines of business, i.e. CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management.
*Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
