\n Watson Clinic is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking  Audiologist to join our growing team. We are looking to  partner and collaborate with a subject matter expert to build a contemporary, patient-centered Audiology practice and Hearing Center that delivers comprehensive diagnostic, rehabilitative, and hearing aid services. This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about advancing hearing healthcare while helping shape the strategic direction, clinical excellence, and continued growth of our Hearing Centers.\n

\n Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Obtain comprehensive patient case histories and evaluate hearing concerns.
\n
• Perform comprehensive diagnostic audiologic evaluations using evidence-based practices.
\n
• Counsel patients and families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and treatment options.
\n
• Recommend, fit, program, verify, and manage hearing aids and other assistive listening technologies.
\n
• Provide exceptional follow-up care to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
\n
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of both Hearing Center locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and operational excellence.
\n
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to develop and expand a  modern, comprehensive Audiology practice that reflects current best practices and emerging technologies..
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
\n
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and remain current with advancements in audiology and hearing healthcare.
\n

Qualifications :

\n
• Master's Degree in Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) required.
\n
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Audiologist in the State of Florida.
\n
